| 内容記述 | ヒト慢性骨髄性白血病細胞においてBCR-ABL1阻害薬耐性細胞を樹立し、耐性獲得機序の解析を行い、バイパスシグナル伝達経路活性化が関与することを見出した。さらに、このバイパス経路を阻害する分子標的薬によりBCR-ABL1阻害薬耐性を克服することを明らかにした。以上の結果は、臨床におけるBCR-ABL1阻害薬耐性慢性骨髄性白血病出現時における治療に貢献できる可能性が考えられる。なお、本研究成果は主な発表論文の項に全てまとめてある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We established BCR-ABL1 inhibitor-resistant cells in human chronic myeloid leukemia cells, analyzed the mechanism of resistance acquisition, and found that activation of the bypass signaling pathway is involved. Furthermore, we found that BCR-ABL1 inhibitor resistance can be overcome by molecularly targeted drugs that inhibit this bypass pathway. These results may contribute to the clinical treatment of BCR-ABL1 inhibitor-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia when it emerges. The results of this study are summarized in the main publications section. | |||||
