Furthermore, we found that BCR-ABL1 inhibitor resistance can be overcome by molecularly targeted drugs that inhibit this bypass pathway. These results may contribute to the clinical treatment of BCR-ABL1 inhibitor-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia when it emerges.
