| 内容記述 | [要旨]本縞では，ニックリッシュの経営学の体系を明らかにするため，彼の著『経営経済』の第２巻を３分割し，その最初の部分（S.163-321）を，適宜に翻訳しながら，検討する。本縞では，まず，経営の本質としての価値の循環，次に，経営の形態，経営の課題と構造，そして，現場での労働についてのニックリッシュの見解を検討する。このような考察により，分業経済体制の下では，労働の体化として共同体が形成されているという事実が指摘される。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we conducted research on Nicklisch’s book“Business Economy”,in German“Die Betriebswirtschaft”. This paper divides the second volume into three parts, and traces the first part（pp.163-321）, by discretionary translation. First, we considered the circulation of value to achieve the essential form of business activities. Secondly, we investigate business forms in view of different tasks and organizations. Finaly, we look into Nicklisch asserts on the works at the shops. By this consideration, natinal economy and business unit have the system for division of labor, they make collaborating on the work in effect. |
