This paper divides the second volume into three parts, and traces the first part（pp.163-321）, by discretionary translation. First, we considered the circulation of value to achieve the essential form of business activities. Secondly, we investigate business forms in view of different tasks and organizations. Finaly, we look into Nicklisch asserts on the works at the shops.
