| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：従業員持株制度に関する基礎的実証的研究として、アンケート調査を行った。また、各国の企業の社会的責任と従業員の経営参加に関する議論を調査した。アンケート調査では、上場会社において従業員持株制度は、株価の低迷する今でも比較的積極的に実施されていることが見て取れる。諸外国において、従業員を経営参加させることが企業の社会的責任であるとの積極的議論はなかったものの、一定の労使協調もしくは労働者の意見の経営への反映は必要であろうし、韓国のように国策として従業員持株制度を実施している国もある。 研究成果の概要（英文）：I sent out questionnaires to listed companies in Japan so as to analyze the situation of Employee Share Ownership Plans. I also researched discussions for Corporate Social Responsibility and Participation in management in a few countries. I couldn't find a positive doctrine, that is, managers should make employees participate actively in management. But I think that class collaboration should be necessary for the growth of the company to a certain extent, or that employees should be able to express their opinions of management. For example, Employee Share Ownership Plans as the measure of “participation in management” are in effect as a matter of national policy in South Korea. | |||||||||
