| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究において研究代表者は、Fra-2とc-Mybが皮膚T細胞リンパ腫に普遍的に発現し、細胞増殖に関与することを見出した。また、c-MybはFra-2の直接的な標的遺伝子であることが示された。さらに細胞増殖に関わるc-Mybの下流標的遺伝子としてRas活性化因子であるRASGRP2を同定した。Fra-2-c-Myb経路は発癌遺伝子カスケードとして機能し、細胞増殖に寄与することが示唆された。 研究成果の概要（英文）：In this study, we showed that Fra-2 and c-Myb were consistently co-expressed in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs), and contributed to cell proliferation. Furthermore, we showed that c-Myb was a direct target gene of Fra-2 in CTCLs. In addition, we identified that RASGRP2 was a c-Myb target gene and contributed to cell proliferation in CTCLs. Taken together, our findings support the notion that the Fra-2-c-Myb oncogenic pathway plays a major role in the oncogenesis of CTCLs. | |||||||||
