| 内容記述 | [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to investigate how to create an outdoor space where people can enjoy eating and drinking, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the target example was the efforts of "Itamigouchou food stall village" held in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture in 2021. "Itamigouchou food stall village" will be held at "Sangenji-mae Square" in Itami City. This "Sangenji-mae Square" is called "Square", but it is a "road" managed by Itami City. Since it is a "road" managed by the city, a "Road Occupancy Permit" is required when holding an event. When the event organizer holds the event, Itami City has prepared a system to respond promptly. I conducted a questionnaire to the participants of "Itamigouchou food stall village". Participants positively accepted the event. Itami City wants to continue to utilize the "Sangenji-mae Square" in the future. If this idea is put into practice, it is speculated that an outdoor space where people can enjoy eating and drinking will be more stable. | |||||||||
