Therefore, the target example was the efforts of \"Itamigouchou food stall village\" held in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture in 2021. \"Itamigouchou food stall village\" will be held at \"Sangenji-mae Square\" in Itami City. This \"Sangenji-mae Square\" is called \"Square\", but it is a \"road\" managed by Itami City. Since it is a \"road\" managed by the city, a \"Road Occupancy Permit\" is required when holding an event. When the event organizer holds the event, Itami City has prepared a system to respond promptly. I conducted a questionnaire to the participants of \"Itamigouchou food stall village\". Participants positively accepted the event. Itami City wants to continue to utilize the \"Sangenji-mae Square\" in the future.
