| 内容記述 | [抄録]2020年以降、コロナ禍によって多くの産業が需要消失と供給制約に直面し、危機的な状況が続いている。特に第3次産業は、商業や飲食業、宿泊業など緊急事態宣言で休業要請の対象となった業種もあり、影響が大きい。本稿では、2020年度における第3次産業活動指数の対前年比をもとに、関西2府4県の各産業への影響について産業連関表を用いて試算した。試算結果によると、2020年度の第3次産業減産により、生産額ベースで約4.4兆円、粗付加価値額ベースでは2.5兆円、率にして約3％弱の影響があった。また雇用への影響としては、48万3千人に相当する労働量が消失したと試算された。産業別では、対個人サービス部門や商業部門など対面型サービスに加えて、飲食料品など製造業にも一定程度の影響が及んでいる。また府県別では、第3次産業比率の高い大阪府での影響が特に大きかった。[Abstract]Since 2020, several industries have been facing both lost demand and constrained supply because of the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a continuing economic crisis. With the declaration of a state of emergency, large retail stores, restaurants, and lodging facilities were required to close, as a result of which tertiary industries have been significantly impacted. In this study, we estimate the impact of COVID-19 on each prefecture and industry in the Kansai region based on the change in the tertiary industry activity index in FY2020. We use the input-output table for each prefecture in our calculations. It is estimated that the Kansai economy will lose about 4.4 trillion yen in terms of output and 2.5 trillion yen in terms of gross valueadded owing to the decline in tertiary industry production in FY2020. The impact on employment is estimated to be a loss of the workload equivalent of 483,000 people. By industry, the personal services, and commercial sectors, which are subject to the declaration of a state of emergency, were the most affected. In addition, the manufacturing sector, such as food and beverage, has also been affected. By prefecture, Osaka Prefecture was the most affected as it has a high ratio of tertiary industries. | |||||||||
