| 内容記述 | [概要]本稿では，沖縄の伝統産業のひとつである泡盛産業の生成，発展，衰退そして再生の歩みを概観する。特に，個別企業における技術選択，製品開発，マーケティング思考といった観点から事例を積み上げ，全体像を描くことにする。泡盛には産業としての経済的価値のほかに，琉球王国時代から製造されてきた文化的価値が存在する。この文化的価値の捉え方，見方によって個々の企業の戦略思考が大きく異なっている。個々の企業の経営活動の結果として築かれてきた泡盛産業の歴史を鳥瞰することで，産業としての特徴や独自性，課題や問題点を明らかにする。 [Abstract] This paper provides an overview of the process of generation, development, decline, and regeneration of the Awamori industry, one of the traditional industries in Okinawa. We will accumulate case studies from the perspectives of technology selection, product development, and marketing thinking from individual companies and present an overview of the Awamori industry. In addition to its economic value as an industry, Awamori has a cultural value that dates back to the Ryukyu Kingdom era. The strategic thinking of each company differs greatly depending on how they perceive and view this cultural value. By providing an overview of the history of the Awamori industry that has been built as a result of the management activities of individual companies, we will clarify the characteristics, uniqueness, issues, and problems of the industry. |
