| 内容記述 | [概要]本稿の目的は，日大アメフト部事件を手がかりに，フォロワーシップとリーダーシップの関係を探ることにある。具体的には，三つのフォロワーシップ行動による組織的アウトカムに対する主効果および，こうした影響プロセスに対するリーダーシップ行動の調整効果を明らかにすることを目的としている。調査の結果，三つのフォロワーシップ行動による主効果が認められた。また，リーダーシップ行動のポジティブな調整効果は，受動的忠実型フォロワーシップによる影響プロセスに対してのみあることがわかった。 [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between followership and leadership using Nihon University American Football Club incident as a trigger. Specifically, it aims to clarify the main effect of three patterns of followership behavior on the organizational outcome, as well as the moderation effect of leadership behavior on that influencing process. The investigation revealed that three patterns of followership behavior bring the main effect, while the positive moderation effect of leadership behavior is provided only to the influencing process on passive faithful followership. |
