| 内容記述 | [要旨]鉄鋼産業，化学産業，醸造産業など，プロセス産業において，高付加価値製品を生産するための‘工程間調整’は重要能力の一つである。これまでの研究では，工程間・組織間調整に関する研究蓄積は乏しく，調整能力の構築プロセスについても議論されてこなかった。本稿では，高付加価値製品を生産するための工程間・組織間調整能力を構築していくプロセスを明らかにする。具体的には，Bohn（１９９４）の「技術知識の段階論」に基づいて，鉄鋼産業を事例に調整能力構築プロセスを説明する。その上で，工程間・組織間調整能力と生産現場のパフォーマンスの対応関係を探る。 [Abstract] Process integration is one of key capabilities in process industries, such as steel industry, chemical industry and brewery industry. However, the study of how to manage process integration is still in its infancy. This paper examines a series of processes that a firm builds its process integration capability based on the framework ‘stages of knowledge’ suggested by Bohn (1994). |
