 note = {[要旨]鉄鋼産業，化学産業，醸造産業など，プロセス産業において，高付加価値製品を生産するための‘工程間調整’は重要能力の一つである。これまでの研究では，工程間・組織間調整に関する研究蓄積は乏しく，調整能力の構築プロセスについても議論されてこなかった。本稿では，高付加価値製品を生産するための工程間・組織間調整能力を構築していくプロセスを明らかにする。具体的には，Bohn（１９９４）の「技術知識の段階論」に基づいて，鉄鋼産業を事例に調整能力構築プロセスを説明する。その上で，工程間・組織間調整能力と生産現場のパフォーマンスの対応関係を探る。
