| 内容記述 | [要旨]本研究の目的は，インターンシップを経験した大学1，2年生を対象にインタビュー調査を行い，大学低年次におけるインターンシップの影響について考察することである。大学3年生が主流であり，かつ採用を意識したインターンシップが増加する中，大学における1，2年生のインターンシップが，大学の学び，職業意識にどのような影響があるのかを検討した。インタビュー調査の結果，インターンシップの経験後の大学の学びに関しては，授業への関心，資格取得の意欲，専門科目への興味が現れることが分った。また，職業意識に関しては，働くイメージの形成，働き方の探索，業界・企業の選択肢の広がりがみられた。さらに，インターンシップの経験の中で，職場の人々の支援が大きく影響していることが明かになった。これらの結果は，大学における教育効果のあるインターンシップの在り方に示唆するものである。 [Abstract] The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of internship among university freshman and sophomore on their learning of university and career consciousness. I interviewed 16 university students who were internship experiencer. The results of this analysis show that university freshman and sophomore appear interest of classes and taking of qualifications and specialized subject. As for career consciousness is that show conception of working and the job exploring and expanding option of company. In addition, learning of university and career consciousness was encouraged from supporting of others on internship. This conclusion was suggested how to do university educational internship. |
