I interviewed 16 university students who were internship experiencer. The results of this analysis show that university freshman and sophomore appear interest of classes and taking of qualifications and specialized subject. As for career consciousness is that show conception of working and the job exploring and expanding option of company. In addition, learning of university and career consciousness was encouraged from supporting of others on internship.
