| 内容記述 | [要旨]本研究では，札幌市におけるコンビニエンスストアの立地条件について，GIS を用いて空間的自己相関分析を行う。Global Moran’s I は，地域内のコンビニ店舗数と人口との空間的自己相関の有無を示すことができ，そして Getis-Ord Gi*は，ホットスポットあるいはコールドスポットを特定することができる。したがって，これらの相関関係からコンビニ各社の出店立地の特徴を明らかにする。 [Abstract] In this research, Spatial Autocorrelation analysis is performed using GIS for the location of convenience stores in Sapporo. GIS enables the presence or absence of spatial autocorrelation between the number of convenience stores in an area and the population, and identifies Hot Spots or Cold Spots, employing both Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran’s I) and Hot Spot Analysis (Getis-Ord Gi*). Therefore, the characteristics of the opening locations of convenience stores are clarified from these correlations. |
