| 内容記述 | 近年、アトピー性皮膚炎（AD）は多様なフェノタイプからなるヘテロな疾患であることが分かってきており、新しい治療薬の承認が進んでいる。しかし、ADのかゆみは治療に難渋する場合があり、今後も課題となることが予想される。そこで、ADのかゆみメカニズムの解明、と新規治療の奏功因子を解明するために、より侵襲の少ない方法での臨床検体収集を目指した。テープストリッピング法とオイルブロッティング法を用いた臨床検体収集方法を確立した。またこれまでのAD患者の皮膚検体を用いて、免疫組織学的手法により末梢神経等の免疫染色を行った。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, it has become apparent that atopic dermatitis (AD) is a heterogeneous disease consisting of diverse phenotypes, and the approval of new therapeutic agents has been progressing. However, the management of pruritus in AD can be challenging, and it is expected to remain an issue in the future. Therefore, to elucidate the mechanisms of pruritus in AD and identify factors contributing to the success of novel therapies, we aimed to establish methods for collecting clinical specimens using less invasive techniques. We established clinical specimen collection methods using tape stripping and oil blotting techniques. Furthermore, using skin samples from AD patients collected to date, we performed immunohistochemical staining for peripheral nerves and other structures. | |||||||||
