However, the management of pruritus in AD can be challenging, and it is expected to remain an issue in the future. Therefore, to elucidate the mechanisms of pruritus in AD and identify factors contributing to the success of novel therapies, we aimed to establish methods for collecting clinical specimens using less invasive techniques. We established clinical specimen collection methods using tape stripping and oil blotting techniques.
