| 内容記述 | [概要]日本の労働組合運動の生成・発展を考えるときに，鍵をなす時期の一つである第二次大戦直後期に，いわゆる企業別組合が数多く生まれ，それが基礎組織となることによって労働組合運動が確立していった。本稿は，この時期に成立した鉄鋼大手企業の13事業所における単位労働組合について，それぞれの労働組合が編纂した組合史を素材に，その成立プロセスについて，考察する。分析に当たって，1947年実施された「戦後労働組合の実態」調査を導きの糸として，１）戦前に組合組織が存在したか，２）結成の中心人物は，戦前に労働運動に参加した経験をもっていたか，３）結成に外部からの働きかけがあったかについて考察し，これら３つの指標を組み合わせて，組合結成の４類型を導出する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The paper discusses on the evolution of labor movement in Japan, focusing on Post WWII Era. In the period, many enterprise-based or plant-based unions were organized by the employees. Those unions became basic organizations of the labor movement in Japan thereafter. This paper is a case study of 13 plants of 5 major steel makers, examining organizing processes using official union histories of the plant-based unions. It presents a typology of organizing processes focusing on the influences of pre-WWII labor movements in Japan. | |||||||
