| 内容記述 | [要旨]近年，働く人々にとって最高の職場，充実した組織，意識の高い会社など働きがいのある職場や組織に関する研究が数多く行われている。これらの研究は最高の組織の特徴を明らかにしても，経営者がどのような意識の発達段階でそのような組織が形成されるかについては十分に明らかにしていない。F. ラルー（Lalouz）は，人間の意識の発達段階と組織発展のモデルの関係を検討して，意識が高度に発達した段階のティール組織の特徴を示している。しかし，彼は，経営者がどのように働きかけることでティール組織が形成されるかについては十分に明らかにしていない。そこで，本稿は，経営者の意識の発達段階にどのようなレベルがあるかを検討し，働きがいのある理想的な組織作りの条件を明らかにしている。 [Abstract] Recently there are many studies which elucidate the characteristics of great organizations or abundant organizations which are worth working for. But those studies do not elucidate the relationship between the consciousness development of managers and great organizations. F. Lalouz examines the relationship between the development of human consciousness and the organizational models, and shows the characteristics of the evolutionary type of organization for the stage when consciousness developed highly. But he does not clarify enough how the evolutionary type of organizations or the Teal organizations are formed by the leadership of managers. Therefore, this article aims to elucidate the relationship between the consciousness development of managers and great organizations, and the conditions of the building of great organizations which are worth working for. |
