But those studies do not elucidate the relationship between the consciousness development of managers and great organizations. F. Lalouz examines the relationship between the development of human consciousness and the organizational models, and shows the characteristics of the evolutionary type of organization for the stage when consciousness developed highly. But he does not clarify enough how the evolutionary type of organizations or the Teal organizations are formed by the leadership of managers.
