| 内容記述 | 福島第一原発事故に起因する原子炉施設に対する平成25年規制基準改定に対し、近畿大学は設置変更許可申請を行い、合格した後に設工認・使用前検査等を経て、平成29年4月に再稼働した。本稿では、審査ヒアリング等の規制当局とのコミュニケーションにおいて近畿大学が行った説明のうち、外部火災評価について法的根拠、各種算定値の算定方法、算定結果等について述べる。 The regulation standards for nuclear reactors were updated in 2013 to give a reaction for the accident of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. Kindai university made a permit application document for the updated standards, and resumed the operation of UTR-KINKI at April 2017 via sanctions of facility update & the regulatory check of updated specs by the NRA (Nuclear Regulation Authority). Kindai university built a document set for those regulatory actions through the communication with the NRA.An evaluation document for the external fire effects is a part of the document set. Schematic view of the legal basis, methods and the results of the evaluation are shown in this paper. |
