Kindai university made a permit application document for the updated standards, and resumed the operation of UTR-KINKI at April 2017 via sanctions of facility update & the regulatory check of updated specs by the NRA (Nuclear Regulation Authority). Kindai university built a document set for those regulatory actions through the communication with the NRA.An evaluation document for the external fire effects is a part of the document set.
