| 内容記述 | [Abstract] The purpose of this article was to introduce a method of psychotherapy in the field of Focusing-oriented psychotherapy called “Thinking About” (Koizumi, 2014). Therefore, Focusing and Clearing a Space which are related to the method were explained first before the discussion of what “Thinking About” is. “Thinking About” is useful when client treated a difficult problem to work through. It is consisted of three stages; (1) Topics around the core theme which client has difficulty to work through are dealt with while cultivating the attitude of Focusing. (2) Client generates his/her own analogy expressing the relationship between the core theme and other topics. (3) Depending on the scheme of the analogy with the relationship between the core problem and being of the client, the client acquires the different understanding of the problem he/she had difficulty to work through. | |||||||||
