Therefore, Focusing and Clearing a Space which are related to the method were explained first before the discussion of what “Thinking About” is. “Thinking About” is useful when client treated a difficult problem to work through. It is consisted of three stages; (1) Topics around the core theme which client has difficulty to work through are dealt with while cultivating the attitude of Focusing. (2) Client generates his/her own analogy expressing the relationship between the core theme and other topics.
