| 内容記述 | 近年,我が国の経済成長におけるGDPと雇用に占めるサービス産業の割合は年々増加しており,その重要性は高まっている.一方,製造業と比較すると,サービス産業の生産性は低いことから,サービス産業の生産性向上は我が国の政策課題と位置づけられており,その生産性向上に向けた様々な取り組みが産学官で実施されている.そこで,サービス産業に関する官公庁などの各種報告書に目を向けると,各業種において質が高いと評価されているサービス事例は散見されるものの,多くの場合,項目ごとの結果しか集計されておらず,業種及び地域間に存在する関連性分析や各カテゴリーの分類にまでは至っていない.そこで本研究では,サービス工学の視点からロジスティクス分野に関連の深い運輸業・卸小売業に焦点を当て,先進事例の概要を抽出するとともに,各事例の評価項目について統計的手法を用いて検証する.さらに,これらの分析結果から,運輸業・卸小売業における特徴や関連性を抽出するとともに,生産性向上戦略について考察する. Some public organizations have tried to analyze the service industries through many kinds of questionnaires. However their traditional analysis is often limited to summarizing the answers for each question. Therefore, it is difficult to figure out the relationship among what the service industries are dealing with and the groups of each category. It is important to figure out the relationships and groups among them because the service industries structure has become complicated. This paper deals with business type management issues by analyzing some cases of advanced measures that have contributed to innovation and productivity improvement of the logistics industry in the service industries. In this paper, we first classify the types of evaluations based on reports regarding their business type management issues by introducing correspondence analysis for some cases. We then discuss the new strategies by considering the results of the correspondence analysis and traditional reports. We lastly discuss the new strategies and the potentials of coordination for the logistics industry in the service industries. |
