| 内容記述 | [要旨]これからの IT 部門に求められているのはビジネス創造である。クラウド,スマートデバイス,ソーシャルメディア,ビッグデータ等,ITの進展によってIT部門には,より直接的な経営ヘの貢献が求められている。そのような中で,IT部門が本当に事業創造を主導できるのか,その検討のプロセスを3回のIT人材育成セミナーを通じて確認した。具体的には,架空の企業事例についてサービスデザインの手法を適用して新規事業企画書の作成を行い,業務部門や顧客を巻き込んだ実践的なノウハウ習得を図った。本稿ではこのセミナーで得られた知見について検証する。 [Abstract] What will be demanded from the IT department of the future is "Business creation". With the advancement of IT, such as the cloud, smart devices, social media, big data and more, a more direct contribution to management is being demanded of the IT department. In light of this, this article confirmed whether the IT department can really lead business creation and how group discussions should be held through three IT personnel training seminars. The seminars aimed to have participants learn service design concepts and methodologies, as well as acquire practical knowhow that involves the operations department and customers through the creation of new business proposals based on fictional corporate examples. |
