| 内容記述 | This paper was considered from a viewpoint of the new social system corresponding to the 21st century about the community planning of citizens' participation. In order to advance smoothly community planning of citizens' participation, it is important to begin synthetically at an early stage, as much as possible. Moreover, planning should be considered in two stages in accordance with the progress. The dialog of a residents subject is performed and a life-style master plan is built in the 1st phase as the result. And in the 2nd phase, it is decided upon an administration plan in response to it. Although a platform is important in network society, the platform for a dialog or collaboration is needed also in community planning. In the 1st phase, it is important for administration or a specialist to support such platform formation. | |||||||||
