| 内容記述 | [概要] 組織にとって, 従業員の組織に対する帰属意識は重要な管理項目のうちの一つである。 そこで, 本稿では, モラールや忠誠心などの類似概念を検討することによって, 組織に対する帰属意識について考える。 日本における帰属意識研究は組織コミットメント概念の登場により, 劇的に進んだが, 日本人労働者の帰属意識を明らかにするためには, 忠誠心について理解することが必要であることを論じる。 [Abstract ] The employee's sense of belonging to the organization is one of the important control points for the company. The purpose of this paper is, therefore, to explore the sense of belonging to the organization by a review of similar concepts like "morale" and "loyalty." Appearance of the concept of organizational commitment has led a large step forward in the study of a sense of belonging in Japan. To clarify the Japanese employee's sense of belonging, however, requires a deep understanding of the loyalty. |
