| 内容記述 | [要旨]本研究においては, 中国産食品,中国農業の不安要素及び日本農業の課題を検証することで, 日本産農産物消費量の上昇, 日本の食糧自給率上昇, 中国産食品の安全性のリスク軽減, 安全性の向上に繋がる方策を検証する。 また, 日本の農業の改善及び食糧の安全性の向上には, 農村を豊かにすること以外に解決策はない。 その方法は, 高価で多大な利益を生み出す, 高級食材の生産販売であると考える。 優良な日本食材を中国へ輸出することで, 農村の所得を向上させ, ひいては食糧自給率を改善することができると考える。 [Abstract] This study examines critical factors concerning Chinese food products and Chinese agriculture, and challenges facing Japanese agriculture. Strategies which lead to the safety improvement is evaluated in which the risks related to the safety of Chinese food products may be reduced through increases in the consumption of Japanese agricultural products and in Japanese food self-sufficiency. It is also clear that any solution to improving Japanese agriculture and food safety demands that the income of Japanese farming communities must be increased. The solution is for them to produce and export highly priced luxury food staff that can generate large profits. By exporting high quality Japanese food stuffs to China, it is possible to envision increases in the earnings of farming communities and by extension, an improvement in Japan's food self-sufficiency. |
