| 内容記述 | 【概要】経営情報論における伝統的議論の多くが, これまでITそれ自体, 或いはIT構築部門の視点に傾き, 経営或いは組織の視点に軸足を置くことが少なかったように思われる。 今日, インターネットに代表されるネットワーク化されたコンピュータの展開は, 個々のプロセスイノベーションを超えた, 全社・経営視点でのビジネス・プロセス全体のイノベーションを求めている。 同時に, その利活用に際しては, 組織と人間への調整機能の重要性をますます増している。 本稿は, ITによる経営高度化の視点から, 近年注目される「IT経営」, 特にITによるビジネス・プロセス・イノベーションについて概観・考察するものである。 【Abstract】 The management information theory has often been discussed with the focus on IT itself or the IT-building segment and without much emphasis on management or organizations. Today, the spread of networked information technology (IT), which is typified by the Internet, requires innovation of the entire business process from the viewpoint of the total management of a company beyond the scope of the conventional process innovation. At the same time, the function of coordinating between organizations and human beings is increasingly important in using it. This paper outlines and examines the "IT management," which has drawn attention in recent years, and especially the trend of business process innovation through IT, from the standpoint of business enhancement using IT. |
