| 内容記述 | 【概要】わが国の中小IT(ソフト)サービス企業は, 一握りの大手SIer(システムインテグレータ)の下請けであり, 多重下請け階層構造を形作っている。それらは真のソリューション・ビジネスとは無関係で, 上位企業から管理され, 庇護されて安易な経営に甘んじてきた。しかし不況による受注量の激減とオフショアリングの攻勢によって, いまや存続の危機に立たされている。この問題をどのように解決すべきか, 3分割法による問題分析手法で分析した結果が, この論文である。 【Abstract】 Almost of smaller IT software service companies in Japan are the subcontractors of big system integrators (SIer). They constitute many ranked hierarchy and are controled by upper-class companies, but contended with the obeying business model. Now, they face a crisis due to the depression and the off shoring companies. The object of this paper is to analyze the problem and to advance one of plans for the problem solution. |
