| 内容記述 | [要約] 日本企業の競争力の源泉はどこにあるか。これについて, 学者と実務者により意見が分かれるが, 共通のキーワードは一つある。それはイノベーションである。ところが, 一概にイノベーションをもって日本企業の強さと弱さを説明する時に, 不都合が生じる。したがって, 本稿はイノベーションの構造から日本的イノベーションの強さと弱さを論じてみる。概して言えば, 日本企業はプロダクトのイノベーションとプロセスのイノベーションが得意であるが, ビジネスのイノベーションと社会的イノベーションが不得意である。 [Abstract] What is the origin of competitiveness of Japanese enterprises? The opinions between scholars and business persons are different. But there is a common keyword in the opinions. It is innovation. However, when we explain the strength and weakness of Japanese enterprises with the viewpoint, the inconvenience took place. Therefore, this paper tried to argue these problems with a viewpoint of the structure of innovation. Generally speaking, Japanese enterprises are strong in product innovation and process innovation, but are weak in business innovation and social innovation. |
