| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿は,1921年に出版され, 1925年に改訂版が出された, 『経営経済学の研究』(Vom Studium der Betriebwirtschaftslehre, Stuttgart 1921.)に基づいて, ニックリッシュによる, 商科大学卒のビジネスマンに対する教育と彼らの経営活動に対する取り組み方の指針を検討する。ここで, 彼が主張する, 4つの命題を箇条書きにすると, 以下のようになる。すなわち, 1.関連(Zusammenhang)を研究すべきである。2.経営のための共同研究では, 他の科学よりも経営経済学を強調すべきである。3.経営経済学の学徒は体験すべきである。4.とにかく, ビジネスマンの技術に支配されながら, 学ぶべきである。なお, われわれは, 「商学士のビジネスマン」(Diplom-Kaufmann)を, 本稿では, 「商科大学卒のビジネスマン」と訳したが, ニックリッシュの主張は, 今日のわが国の経営学部と商学部の卒業生にも妥当するものと考える。 [Abstract] This paper writes on the book, that was published by H. Nicklisch in 1921, and had the title "Vom Studium der Betriebwirtschaftslehre", in English, "On the Reserch of Business Economy". This book was revised in 1925. In this book, H.Nicklisch studied up on how students have the educations in commercial colleges, and after graduation, they deal with business actions. He made 4 propositions. First, they must meet in focus on the connections between the business actions. Second, they have to give more emphasis on business economy than other economic aproachs, when they work in collaboration for business researchs. Third, they must go through business actions. Fourth, they have to act under business technology. His propositions are available for our graduates from commercial and business course. |
