| 内容記述 | [概要] 中国では, 失業, 特に若年層の失業と工場労働力不足という矛盾な現象が併存している. 中国全土で行った独自の「若者の生活と進路に関するアンケート」の個票データを用いて, 本稿は大卒就職難の影に隠された中低学歴者の学校から職業への移行に注目する. 調査及び分析結果は以下の内容を示した. (1)学業成績と在学中の学習態度, 社会的適合度, 若者自身のネットワークは就職の成功に寄与する, (2)仕事に対する高い期待（例えば正規フルタイム労働を目指すこと）は失業に繋がる, (3)学校側の就職支援が学生の就職への有意な影響が確認されず, 学校の就職支援への取り組みが不十分である可能性がある. [Abstract] Currently in China, there is an especially high level of youth unemployment that coexists with a conflicting phenomenon, the shortage of workers in companies. Using a unique internet base survey of the Chinese Youth, this study sheds light on the school to work transitions for those who only have a high school education. We find academic performance, social skills and the network of the youth contribute to their success in the job market immediately after school. The results also show that those unemployed people may have high expectations（for example, towards finding a regular full-time job）during their job search. Moreover, we find job placement services at school have littel effect on the school to work transition. |
