| 内容記述 | [概要] アジア通貨・金融危機から, まもなく10年が経過する。本稿では, まず1997年から2001年まで危機後5年間を対象として, 通貨・金融危機から経済危機にいたった背景を分析する。さらに現地企業におけるダブル・ミスマッチ・リスク, 再生に向けた企業・金融部門の再構築についてレビューする。その経験を踏まえた枠組みの展開として, 2002年から2006年の最近まで次の5年間を対象として, アジア各国の金融・資本市場ならびに地域金融協力の現状とアジア域内共通市場への今後を展望する。特に日本と米国の銀行部門の東アジア地域で果たす役割と, アジア債券市場育成における地域通貨バスケット建て債券, の2テーマについて考察を深めたい。 [Abstract] 10 years will be passed shortly since the outbreak of Asian monetary and financial crisis. In this paper, background of the crisis, the double-mismatch risk, and reconstruction of corporate and financial sector are reviewed for the period of 1997-2001. Following up the experience, current status of the Asian financial and capital market between 2002 and 2006 and future direction of regional financial cooperation and Asian common market are observed. Especially, necessary role of banking sectors of Japan and the United States in the East Asia region, and regional currency basket bond in relation to fostering of the Asian bond market are examined. | |||||||||
