| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿では地域間格差の実態について分析し, その是正のために公共投資が果たす役割について検討する。まず県内総生産, 民間資本, 社会資本の1人当たりの水準を1975年と2003年について比較する。次に1975年から2003年の期間のそれぞれの格差の推移を示し, 分析する。さらに民間資本と社会資本を生産要素として含む都道府県別の生産関数を推計し, 生産力効果と限界生産力を示し, 公共投資のあり方について考える。推計の結果, 所得格差は2000年以降やや増加傾向にあり, 民間資本の格差は縮小,逆に社会資本の格差は拡大している。また民間資本と社会資本の貢献度を示すパラメーターはそれぞれ0.34, 0.23である。 [Abstract] In this paper the actual condition of regional gaps is analyzed, and the role which public investment plays for its correction is examined. First the per capita level of the gross product, private capital, and social capital within prefectures will be compared for 1975 and 2003. Next, the transition of each gap for the period in 1975 to 2003 is shown and analyzed. In addition, the production function according to all prefectures which contain a private capital and social capital as factors of production is estimated, the productivity effect and marginal products are shown, and the state of public investment is considered. It has been estimated that income differential increased a little in 2000 and afterwards, private capital gap reduced and social capital gap expanded. The contribution parameters are 0.34 for private capital and 0.23 for social capital. | |||||||||
