| 内容記述 | 現代社会のオフィスは, 情報化などの影響により大きな変貌を遂げている。本稿は, 秘書という職業はあくまでも「秘書」として存在すべきであり, 秘書が秘書としてあり続けるためには「秘書」をどのように捉えるべきか, さらに秘書教育という教育をこのような状況の中で, どのように考えるべきか, 秘書の歴史的, ジェンダー的視点から「秘書」に関わる先行研究の足跡を再び辿ることによってその方向性を見出したい, と考える。 （英文） Offices in the twenty-first century are still vastly different from those of the twentieth century. Most of the obvious differences have been introduced by rapidly changing technologies that have altered the way office records are updated and maintained and how office space is utilized. The office secretary is a professional occupation not only because of the knowledge and preparation necessary for job but also because of being a professional implies competence, pride in one's work, and a dedication to excellence. Moreover, the secretary is an important member of the management team, responsible not only for carrying out the executive's wishes but also for helping to maintain a well-organized and efficient office. The purpose of this paper is to reconsider about "secretary" from a historical and gender point of view. | |||||||||
