| 内容記述 | 日本におけるスローフード, スローライフの用語は1990年代後半から広まり始め, それに関する著書は2000年代に入って数多く出版された。 その運動体であるスローフード, スローライフの協会の設立は, スローフードジャパンの公式ウェブサイトによれば, 2009年6月末の時点でスローフード協会の国内のコンビビウムは51に達している。 ところで, スローライフに関しての組織としては, NPO法人日本スローライフ協会(2004年9月内閣府認証)が有名である。しかし, 三重スローライフ協会のNPO法人化は2004年4月と少し早く, また, その運動の過程で「熊野スローライフ協会」が設立されているのも興味深い。 その活動はまだ不十分ながらも多方面にわたっており, 高度成長期を経て蔓延してしまった持続的といえないライフスタイルを変えていく上で多くのヒントが含まれている。 特に5つの種まき, スローフード, スロースタイル, スローインダストリー, スローエネルギー, スローエデュケーションにかかわるライフスタイルの提案はユニークである。 （英文） A term of slow food and slow-life in Japan began to spread out from the later half of 1990's, and the book which related to it was published some in 2000's. As for the establishment of an association of slow life, according to the official website of slow food Japan, convivium that means a branch of slow food association reaches 51 as of the end of June, 2009. However, the organizations of NPO about slow life of the whole country, NPO juridical person, Japan slow life association (the September, 2004 Cabinet Office certification) is very famous. However the NPO juridical person of "Mie slow life associations" established early a little with April, 2004 and it is interesting, in addition, "Kumano slow life association" is established by a process of the exercise. The activity is still on the way in aspects, and it may be said that many hints are included when we change the lifestyle that it cannot be sustained that has spread after the period of the high growth of economy. Suggestion of a lifestyle to be concerned with in particular five kind seeds, a slow food, slow-style, slow industry, slow energy, slow education is unique. | |||||||||
