| 内容記述 | ニックリッシュは, 1912年に, 『一般商事経営学」を出版した。 この著は, 営利企業の資産の構造を中心テーマにし, 収益性と安全性について叙述した。 本稿では, 彼の主張の意義を検討したが, 同時に, 限界効用学派, 特に, メンガーの大きな影響を確認できた。 われわれは, 金融危機に対処するため, 事業資産価値に対する新しい, 厳密な概念の必要性を提唱する。 （英文） H. Nicklisch published a well-known book in 1912, which had the title Allgemeine kaufmannische Betriebslehre als Privatwirtschaftslehre des Handels (und der Industrie), in English, Common Commercial Business Management Theory for Private Business Theory in Commerce (and Industry). This book examined the structure of assets and some systems for financial return and safety in private corporations. This paper investigates the modern significance of H. Nicklischs assertions and ascertains the influence of C. Mengers theory of marginal utility. We need a new definition of business assets value in order to cope with the financial crisis occurring today. | |||||||||
