| 内容記述 | 我が国の土地会社研究は武知京三氏がまず先鞭をつけ, その後野田正穏氏ら多くの後継者により個別研究が追加された。しかし箱根土地など長期継続企業は稀で, 短命に終った結果史料的制約多く未解明部分も多い。本稿では武知氏の先駆的研究に依拠しつつ, 観光案内書等をも資料として取り込み, 地価が低廉で新線計画の集中した生駒山麓一帯の土地会社群, とりわけ遊園・観光開発を志向しつつも看板倒れに終った“疑似温泉”の日下温泉土地を中心に4社の分析を試みた。同社は設立無効判決を受け, 他2社は他社に吸収, 石切土地建物のみ比較的長く存続した。2社で発起人・役員となった松島肇など, 不動産の証券化に暗躍したプロモーターの背信的搾取が短命傾向を加速したと推測される。 （英文） From the beginning the study of land companies of Japan has mainly been developed by Dr. KYOZO TAKECHI. In general, those companies are so shortlived and historical investigation is strongly limited in material and evidence. In this article, I want to discuss collapse of estate & resort developments. I considered four land companies as case studies. These companies are located on the foot of the IKOMA Mountain, which is religiously known as a miraculous area. The KUSAKA Spa Land Company is especially not only a real estate company but also a self-styled spa resort, as well as a "sham hot spring" where cold spring water is artificially heated. | |||||||||
