| 内容記述 | [抄録] 現在、メンタルヘルスに不安のある従業員を抱える企業は多い。従業員のメンタルヘルスの悪化は労働能率低下等につながる恐れがあり、人材の能力開発の妨げともなる。人材を有効活用したい企業組織にとって、従業員のメンタルヘルス問題は重要な課題である。出産および育児を経ても働き続ける女性の増加は、長期間にわたり働く女性が増加することを意味する。そして、企業組織内では性別に捉われない人材活用が進められ、女性に対する期待が高まる中、女性のメンタルヘルス問題も重要性を増している。そこで、本稿では、仕事と育児を両立する女性のメンタルヘルスについて考察する。 [Abstract] At present there are many corporate organizations whose employees are with the uneasiness in mental health. Aggravation of employee's mental health may cause a labor efficiency drop and a hindrance to employee's human resources development. For corporate organizations which want to make effective use of human resources, mental health of the employees is an important issue. An increase in women who continue their work through their child birth and childcare periods means also an increase in working women who work for a long period of time. In corporate organizations, they are promoting use of human resources not making a distinction of the sexes. In this context, mental health of working women will rise in importance, while the expectation for women increases. This paper will consider mental health of working women who try to keep a good balance of work and parenting. | |||||||||
