| 内容記述 | [synopsis] This paper describes two issues about the present condition of the barrier and the solution strategy about the slope dwelling place in Kure city, Hiroshima by the field work and interviewing: (1) the present barrier situation for life from the physical factors; (2) the barrier-free method by the social system from the neighborhood and the local government. This study clears two points; (1) Because of the government low, the local economic condition and etc. this barrier-free method by the social system is very hard to use. (2) In this situation, the neighborhoods are help and deepen ties each other. I think this is the real “Barrier-free”. | |||||||||||||
