| 内容記述 | 2009年8月30日の衆議院議員選挙の結果、政権交代が起こり、翌9月16日、民主党と社会民主党および国民新党の3党連立からなる鳩山由紀夫政権が成立した。その鳩山首相は「新しい政治」を提唱した。しかし、鳩山政権は、普天間基地移設問題で立ち往生し、わずか8ヶ月余りの短命に終わった。但し、鳩山が提唱した「新しい政治」は、その後継である菅直人政権に継承された。本稿では、政権交代により民主党政権から提起された「新しい政治」の政治的意義について、冷戦以降の20年間におけるく新しい政治〉およびその第2局面という文脈の中で捉え返しながら、政治学による学理的省察を行うものである。 （英文） As a result of Japanese Parliament of Representatives election of August 30, 2009, made the change of government. September 16, HATOYAMA Yukio government was formed a cabinet as the three-party coalition government consisting of the Democratic Party, the Social Democratic Party and the People's New Party. The Prime Minister HATOYAMA advocated "new politics". However, HATOYAMA government came to a deadlock by the issue of Futenma military base in Okinawa, and collapsed in only more than 8 months. But, KAN Naoto new government succeeded to "new politics" that advocated by HATOYAMA government. Then, the purpose of this study is to analyze the political signification of "new politics" advocated the Democratic Party government, HATOYAMA and KAN, in the context of the New Politics of twenty years after the cold war, and the second situation of New Politics. | |||||||||
