| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文): 本研究は, 海外子会社がグローバルな製品開発成果を生成するまでのプロセスの全容を解明し, 望ましい多国籍企業全体のグローバル製品開発戦略のあり方を明らかにすることを目的としている. 本研究では, (1)多国籍企業の内部環境要因, (2)当該海外子会社の外部環境要因（現地環境要因）, (3)当該海外子会社の組織の内部要因, (4)産業要因（産業特性）が, 海外子会社の製品開発活動の成果生成に及ぼす影響を分析した. 在日外資系企業の事例研究および在日外資系企業と日系海外現地法人を対象とした質問票調査の結果, 各要因および各要因の関係性が海外子会社の製品開発活動とその成果に及ぼす影響が明らかになった. 研究成果の概要（英文): The purposes of this research are to reveal the process that the product development activities of an overseas subsidiary generate global results and the ideal strategy of global product development in multinational company. We analyzed the followings; 1) internal environmental factors of multinational company, 2)external environmental factors (local environmental factors) of overseas subsidiary, 3)overseas subsidiary factors , 4)industrial factors (characteristics of each industry), and 5) the influence of these factors on the process of product development activities in the overseas subsidiary and its performance. The results of case studies and questionnaire surveys suggest that the above four factors influence product development activities in an overseas subsidiary and its performance in several ways. | |||||||||||||
