| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、公的資本の維持更新に関する動学分析を行い、政策的示唆を導出することである。そこで、報告者は現実の制度を子細に検討するとともに、それらの分析を反映させた公的資本の耐久性を内生化した成長モデルを用いて、理論的な解析を行った。先行研究とは異なり、減耗率に直接影響を及ぼす更新投資を考えず、耐久性のコントロールという視点から、公的資本の維持更新問題を捉え、公共投資政策を考察することに成功した。これにより、公共投資の種類別でのトレードオフ関係が成立しない（これらはあくまで財政上の資源配分の問題）ことを示した。同モデルによる研究成果及び関連する研究成果を「Dynamic analysis on public investment policies in an endogenous growth model」（応用経済学研究、第3 巻、pp.157-165, 2009）などの学術論文にまとめ公刊した。(英文） This study develops an infrastructure-led growth model with choosing the durability of public capital. First, the theoretical study show that a rise in the share of public investment does not always require the neglect of maintenance of public capital, whereas a large amount of public capital stock requires low level of the durability. Second, the study demonstrates that optimally chosen durability is correlated with tax rate. The second result supports ad hoc setting of endogenous durability by Rioja (2003) and Kalaitzidakis and Kalyvitis (2004). These results are summarized in “Dynamic analysis on public investment policies in an endogenous growth model” (Studies in Applied Economics 3, pp.157-165, 2009 etc). | |||||||||
