| 内容記述 | [本旨]バーナードは，『経営者の役割』が，制度派経済学（institutional economic）か，マネジメントの論文（treatise on management）の有効なシェーマとして認められることを期待した。彼のねらいは，協働のシステム，フォーマルな組織（formal organization）を検討する必要性を提唱することであった。しかし，管理者により運用される，社会システムを検討するためには，生科学（biochemic），心理学，経済学，社会学，政治学と倫理学の体系を用いる必要があるが，各科学の体系は，彼の狙いを充たせる程，整えられておらなかった。バーナードの考えは，システム，マネジメント，決定などの各理論に継承されたが，たとえば，リーダーシップを検討し，リーダーシップの戦略要因はモラルの創造（moral creativeness）であると主張したことは，現状に対する意義を失っておらない。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we conducted research on the book "The Functions of the Executive" written by Barnard. He hoped that his book is recognized as schema of the institutional economic or of the treatise on management. He made an appeal for the necessary for coöperative system and formal organization. To make studies of these social system operated by the executive, we must use biochemical, psychology, economic, social, political, and ethical science. But these sciences do not supply the knowledge to achieve his aim. His method is accepted for theory of system, management and decision. He analyses the leadership mechanism, gains the idea that the strategic factor made on the basis of the leadership is the moral creativeness. We believe that his idea is useful. |
