He hoped that his book is recognized as schema of the institutional economic or of the treatise on management. He made an appeal for the necessary for coöperative system and formal organization. To make studies of these social system operated by the executive, we must use biochemical, psychology, economic, social, political, and ethical science. But these sciences do not supply the knowledge to achieve his aim. His method is accepted for theory of system, management and decision. He analyses the leadership mechanism, gains the idea that the strategic factor made on the basis of the leadership is the moral creativeness.
