| 内容記述 | [要旨]企業を研究対象とする経営学において企業がもつ競争力を考えることは最も基本的なことである。競争という行為と競争に打ち勝つ戦略については経営戦略論を中心に多くの研究蓄積があるものの，競争力を判断する基準あるいは指標については，一致した見解が存在するとは言えない。また，経営学の分野によって，使う指標が異なることも少なくない。本稿では，生産管理の競争力に焦点を当てながら，公表データがもつ限界を定性的評価がいかに補うのかについて分析する。具体的には，鉄鋼製品の品質に関する公表データがない中，日本と韓国の鉄鋼メーカーが生産する製品の品質についての定性的評価をまとめて，日韓鉄鋼メーカーの品質競争力を評価する。 [Abstract] Considering the competitiveness of a firm is the most fundamental base for every management study. Although a lot of research has been accumulated regarding the act of competition and the strategy to overcome competition, it cannot be said that there is a consensus on the criteria or indicators for judging competitiveness. In addition, the criteria used often differ depending on the field of management. In this study, we focus on the competitiveness of production management and analyze how qualitative evaluation can compensate for the limitations of published data. Specifically, in the absence of publicly available data on the quality of steel products, we will summarize the qualitative evaluations on the quality of products produced by Japanese and Korean steel makers and evaluate the quality competitiveness. |
