| 内容記述 | [要旨]日本の農産物および加工食品産業の未来は，海外への輸出にかかっている。その輸出先は，今後人口が大きく増加すると予測されるイスラーム文化圏の国々が有望である。イスラーム文化圏で人口最大のインドネシアでは，2019年10月17日にハラール認証法が施行された。この法律は，他のイスラーム諸国に影響を与えることが予想されるため，インドネシアのハラール認証の内容を理解する必要がある。さらに，農産物，加工品，化粧品や医薬品などの商品そのものハラールのみではなく，運送等のサービスについてもハラール認証が必要となった。そこで，インドネシアの新法についての内容と状況を検討し，どのように対処するかを考える。 [Abstract] The future of Japanese agriculture and processed-foodstuff industry depends on their export activities. The export target countries are the Islam cultural sphere countries that their population will increase greatly from now on. In Indonesia which is the greatest country in the Islam cultural sphere, the new halal certification Law was enforced on October 17, 2019. As the new law is decisive to affect other Islam countries, it is considered the contents of this new certification and understood the significance of acquiring a halal certification. Furthermore, it is important that the halal certification is needed and applied not only on merchandise such as agricultural products, processed foods cosmetics and medicines, but on Logistics Services etc. Then, I examine content and current status about the new halal law of Indonesia, and consider how we cope with it. |
