| 内容記述 | [要約]1999年に「キャリア教育」という言葉が日本の公的文書に登場して以来，未だに「キャリア教育」とは何か，正しく理解されることも浸透もしていない。「キャリア教育」及び高等学校において長年使われている「進路指導」と，「ガイダンス」の定義について言説分析を行い，それぞれの目的が同じであることを明らかにした。また，それぞれの高校での使用実態と関係性は包括関係にあることが分かった。株式会社さんぽうの社史・資料から，「高校内ガイダンス」が高校にどのように受け入れられ，また実施されているのか，その実態を明らかにした。その上で「キャリア教育」における「高校内ガイダンス」の意義と，課題について考察を行った。 [Abstract] The word of ‘carrier education’ appeared officially in 1999, but what it means has not yet been appropriately understood or widely spread. This essay examines through discourse analysis the definitions of the three words,‘ carrier education,’ ‘future course counseling’（a term that has long been used in high schools）, and ‘guidance,’ and clarifies they are used for almost identical purposes. It also shows how these words are actually used and that they are inter-related and overlapped each other, but not identical. Taking the corporate history and data of SANPO Co., Ltd., as sources, this study explains how the idea of ‘guidance in high school’ has been accepted and is now realized, and then examines the significance and problems of the guidance in high schools underway as part of carrier education. |
